Methodologically, students will demonstrate the integration of their academic and disciplinary knowledge and skills through significant projects and/or exhibitions. They will reflect on the value and outputs of their learning through their eportfolio; and they will demonstrate their understanding of professionalism and career-readiness through disciplinary initiatives.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Demonstrate career-readiness, a clear professional identity, and insight into the skills, knowledge and personal attributes necessary to meet the standards of performance and practice expected by their profession;

Participation requirements
Attendance at scheduled lectures and tutorials and contribution over the semester is expected.
Presentation and discussion of your work in progress in weekly tutorial sessions is essential for the development of your skills in meeting the learning outcomes of the unit. Participation in tutorial sessions and reviews provides important opportunities for feedback.
Please advise your Tutor if you are unable to attend a particular tutorial session.
Required IT skills
Each student is to ensure they are equipped with appropriate word processing, drawing and model making materials and tools for unit work including portfolio and exhibition materials development.
Work placement, internships or practicums
Contact with built environment industry leaders will be included in delivery of this unit.
