IT Service Updates

This page contains advice pertaining to all IT-related scheduled and unscheduled interruptions to systems/services.

Scheduled service interruptions

Phone and Voicemail Maintenance

Please note that DITM are conducting upgrades to both the telephone and voicemail systems on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th December.

On the night of the 18th the voicemail system will be unavailable between 5:00pm-7:00pm, telephones will still be operational for making and receiving calls.

On the night of the 19th, the 麻豆村 telephone system will be taken offline between 5:00pm-8:00pm. During this time no incoming or outgoing calls will work. Campus Security will ensure car parks and Help Points around the 麻豆村 are monitored.

Unscheduled service interruptions

There are currently no unscheduled outages. All services are operational.
