If you have previous studies or professional work experience that is relevant to your intended field of study at UC, you can gain credit towards your degree. This reduces the number of units you must take to complete your course, meaning you could finish your studies sooner and save money too.

To search credit arrangements from a specific institution, select your country and the name of the institution below, then select 鈥楽earch鈥� to view the results. Filter the institution鈥檚 courses and then select the relevant card to view the details of the credit arrangement.

To search for credit possibilities for a level of study and/or qualifications from institutions in Australia, select 鈥楢ustralia鈥� followed by 鈥楢ny Australian Higher Education Provider鈥� or 鈥楢ny Australian TAFE or Registered Training Organisation'. For international institutions, select 鈥楢ny Other Country鈥� followed by 鈥楢ny International Provider'. 

To search credit transfer arrangements for a particular UC course or faculty, select a UC faculty and your study level below and a list of credit transfer partners for that course will appear.

If your previous studies or professional experience is not listed in the above register, you may still be eligible for consideration under the 麻豆村鈥檚 Credit Procedure. See 鈥楢pply for credit鈥� section below for further information.

Apply for credit

If you鈥檙e eligible for credit from study at an institution that has an agreement with UC, please ensure you upload your completed qualification(s) when you apply for admission. Your credit will then be granted as part of your offer to study at UC.

All other types of credit will be assessed individually by our faculty experts.

Domestic Students

Once you accept your offer, you can log into our student portal (MyUC) and apply for credit. It is recommended that you seek course advice from your faculty prior to seeking credit, to ensure you understand your course requirements and how credit can impact your study plan.

International Students

International students that wish to be considered for credit based on your study and/or qualifications should apply for credit when you complete your application to study at UC. Application for credits will be processed as per Standard 2 of The National Code 2018 and students will be required to accept their credit.

If you seek credit after you commence your studies, you must contact your faculty for course advice to ensure you understand your course requirements and how credit can impact your study plan. If your course duration is shortened as a result of receiving credit, the 麻豆村 must update your CoE and inform the Department of Home Affairs.
